Africa Proconsularis adalah sebuah provinsi Romawi di pantai utara Afrika yang berdiri pada 146 SM setelah kekalahan Carthage pada . Wilayhnya terdiri dari kawasan Tunisia pada masa sekarang, timur laut Aljazair pada masa sekarang, dan pantai Laut Mediterania kecil di barat Libya pada masa sekarang di sepanjang . Teritorial tersebut awalnya diduduki oleh bangsa Berber .
