Ismail Mirza ( bahasa Persia : اسماعیل میرزا ; 31 Agustus 1537 – 1 November 1577), yang kemudian dikenal dengan nama dinasti pertamanya, Ismail II ( شاه اسماعیل دوم ), adalah Syah Safawiyah ketiga Iran , yang memerintah dari tahun 1576 sampai 1577.
