Juan Francisco Velasco Alvarado (16 Juni 1910 – 24 Desember 1977) adalah seorang Jenderal sayap kiri Peru yang memerintah Peru dari tahun 1968 hingga 1975 di bawah judul "Presiden Pemerintah Revolusioner."
