Putri Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, Putri Kerajaan ^{[ 1 ]} ( bahasa Thai : มหาจักรีสิรินธร , Pengucapan Thai: ; RTGS : Maha Chakkri Sirinthon; atau Putri Sirindhorn Debarattanasuda Kitivadhanadullasobhak ( bahasa Thai : สมเด็จพระกนิษฐาธิราชเจ้า กรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ; RTGS : Somdet Phra Chao Luk Ter Chao Fa Sirinthon Thepparatsuda Kitiwattanadunlasophak) lahir 2 April 1955) adalah anak ketiga Raja Bhumibol Adulyadej dan adik Raja Thailand saat ini, Vajiralongkorn .

Gelar resminya adalah Somdet Phra Theppharatratsuda Chao Fa Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Ratthasimakhunakonpiyachat Sayamborommaratchakumari ^{[ 2 ]} (สมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดา เจ้าฟ้ามหาจักรีสิรินธร รัฐสีมาคุณากรปิยชาติ สยามบรมราชกุมารี), yang diberikan kepadanya pada 5 Desember 1977 . Warga Thailand biasa menyebutnya dengan gelar Phra Thep , yang berarti Putri Bidadari .

Kedudukannya dalam pewaris takhta Thailand sejajar dengan gelar kakaknya Pangeran Mahkota, Maha Vajiralongkorn . ^{[ 3 ]} Hal ini disebabkan oleh perubahan konstitusi Thailand pada tahun 1974 yang memperbolehkan pewaris takhta dari seorang wanita, dan akhirnya Sirindhorn berhak atas kekuasaan di Thailand. ^{[ 4 ]}
