Picozoa , Picobiliphyta , Picobiliphyta , atau Biliphyta adalah sebuah filum protista yang mencakup eukaryota laut heterotrof unisel dengan ukuran kurang dari 3 mikrometer. Sebelumnya mereka dianggap sebagai sebuah alga eukaryotik beserta anggota terkecil dari sebelum akhirnya diketahui bahwa mereka tidak dapat menjalankan fotosintesis. ^{[ 2 ]} Spesies pertama yang diitentifikasi dari kelompok ini adalah Picomonas judraskeda .
